Hosted by yours truly Derek Felix, we will be running two football shows every week. Featuring esteemed co-hosts Rob “Kraze” Davis, Brian “Sambone” Sanborn, John “JPG” Giagnorio, Justin “JNF” Felix along with personalities Chris Wassel and Nate Sousa, we’ll give our hard hitting takes on the world of sports. There are no boundaries.

Now that we have officially returned, shows will increase. We will look to fill slots and give fans a unique and fresh perspective. Stay tuned.

Show Notes: Derek rants about a dreadful Giants loss to the Cowboys. Plus Rob, John and Brian join the party to discuss the first NFL Sunday highlighted by the Bills 27-14 win over the Colts. Are they for real? Andrew Luck overrated? Peyton Manning in decline? An hour and a half of live football discussion. Plus nearly half an hour of overtime as Derek and JPG debate other issues.

Derek Felix is sports blogger whose previous experience included two stints at ESPN as a stat researcher for NHL and WNBA telecasts. The Staten Island native also worked behind the scenes for MSG as a production assistant on New Jersey Devil games. An avid New York sports fan who enjoys covering events, writing, concerts, movies and the outdoors, Derek has scored Berkeley Carroll basketball games since 2006 and provided an outlet for the Park Slope school's student athletes. Hitting Back gives them the publicity they deserve. From players, coaches to administrators, it's a first class program. In his free time, he also attends Ranger games and is a loyal St. John's alum with a sports management degree.
